Came on a day trip to Hydra which is an absolutely lovely place. It was quite full, although it wasn't high season. After two weeks of salad, olives, more salad and more olives, I didn't really want anything greek to eat. Check on Google Maps what was available nearby and discovered Pickle Burgers. What a find! I chose the Diablo Burger, it was was made to order and one of the best burgers I've ever had. The other choices sound great too. I would have liked to try the fries, but would not have managed to eat them. All the more reason to come back sometime. If you go to Hydra and crave something non-greek, check out Pickle Burgers. The food was delicious 😋 I wish the table inside were more comfortable though. The staff was really kind and friendly. The toilet was super clean but the door couldn't close so the staff locked it from the outside and then opened it for me. The food was fresh. You could tell they were made at that moment.(The bare minimum but wanted to say) The bottle of water was cheap.(50 cent)

Tiny place with burgers, chicken strips and - amazingly to me as an American, club sandwiches! These aren't even popular in American anymore but I've seen them in a few Greek menus so I had to try one.
Flawlessly made triple decker with super fresh ingredients, and like under 9 Euros, with fries, it was pretty reasonable for a vacation island! It was really really tasty. Honestly just perfect to me, and I have high standards for club sandwiches. Americans be careful - the toothpicks don't have those plastic tassles on them so they can be hard to spot.
Service was great - the vibe inside among the folks working was super positive and chill and I even did a special request (no mayo) no problem. (The sandwich also comes with a mustard/mayo sauce which I got and was nice - I just didn't want hella mayo.)
Fries were shoestring and served with some aoli (it was ok but I'm not a mayo guy). They didn't have much salt and I didn't ask for any because I got feta sauce.
Anyway this place rules, it's cheap, it's open late, and they're nice. Not fancy, not a place to hang out, but really hit the spot.

Down to Earth Burger joint. Good people with attention to the Customer requests. Family run, fair prices. Basically the best option for a quick bite in the island. Panko fried chicken absolutely recommended !!

We had an amazing time eating at Pickle Burger. It was one of the best burgers we had. The service is amazing, the food is delicious and it was lovely to meet the owner and his beautiful daughter who are from Hydra. Definitely give them a try if you’re on the island.

The burgers they produce are delicious and is worth visiting it because if the quality and the quantity they serve. Also the people who are working there are very kind. I definitely recommend that place if you want to eat a tasteful burger.

Hydra's hidden gem! 💎 Loved the fact that it feels homemade - you can totally tell that they use high quality ingredients. On the plus, the warm and welcoming people, that pay attention to detail. Looking forward to visit them again on the next trip to the island!

Get the Yankees club sandwich! The sandwich is great and stuffed, and also comes with plenty of fries at a great price. The gentleman working there was kind as well.

We had been in Greece for about a month and really wanted a hamburger! We found this sweet little place and had a Hamburger, a chicken fillet sandwich and some french fries. All were delicious. It’s a very casual small place with about six stools and tables. The owners were so lovely and fun to meet. Highly recommend this place when you want a burger! They have all kinds.

The cheapest and best burgers/hot dogs on Ydra. The couple working there are so lovely and i felt extremelt welcomed. The place is really clean and the quality of their ingredients are unlike any other burger place i’ve ever been to. I went to eat there 3/4 times during my stay and it was perfect every time.
